IMPORTANT: 2008-2009 PTA Officers List due June 1 - National PTA sends out an excellent PTA tool kit with valuable resources to all current PTA Presidents listed on the 2008-2009 officers list.

Units in Good Standing: Please keep your records up to date by filing the following forms by due dates:

• DUE - Membership Report are due November 1 and February 1
• DUE - File your IRS 990EZ, 990, or 990N before the 15th Day of the 5th month after you fiscal year ends. Send a copy to the Colorado PTA 30 days after filing.
• DUE - Audit Reports are due to Colorado PTA 30 days after your fiscal year ends.
• Insurance Dues - look for invoice in September

The Jefferson Foundation Raffles 2008 BMW 128i -Ralph Schomp BMW (www.schomp.com) has donated a Titanium Silver Metallic 2008 BMW 128i Coupe.The new BMW 1 Series Coupe is valued at $30,350 and is in limited supply in the Rocky Mountain Region, initially. Jeffco Parents Focus on School Nutrition - Jeffco Parents Focus on School Nutrition was founded by parents of students in the Jefferson County Public Schools district who are concerned about the nutritional well-being of all children. Our goal is to work with the Jeffco Public Schools district, and at the individual school level, in order to continually improve the nutritional quality of all foods offered in Jeffco schools, as well as the level of nutritional education and awareness provided in Jeffco schools.
